Mike Bryan sells St. Pete Beach waterfront home for $2.35 million cash

Tennis champion Mike Bryan has closed an all-cash sale of his St. Pete Beach waterfront residence for $2.35 million.

Mike Bryan, the celebrated doubles tennis star, finalized an all-cash transaction that transferred ownership of his waterfront home in St. Pete Beach to Sheri and Thomas Karnowski for $2.35 million. The 2,182-square-foot, three-bedroom property on Boca Ciega Bay was originally listed at $2.59 million earlier in the year. Bryan and his wife Nadya purchased the house in 2024 for $1.9 million through the LLC Beyond the Baseline Coaching and later invested roughly $300,000 in renovations that added new flooring, upgraded bathrooms, a redesigned kitchen, and a children’s play area.

The residence’s split-roof architecture mimics ship sails and offers panoramic water views, a private beach, a nine-person hot tub, and a dock. The sale was brokered by Johane Bucaille and Daniel Francis of Coldwell Banker Realty, and the buyers reside in Minnesota while the Bryans’ primary home is in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

Why it matters

The sale highlights a high-profile athlete’s real-estate move and reflects luxury market activity in Florida.
