Text messages exchanged between the fired worker and 24-year-old Ivan Barias-Florimon include threats such as "I'll make her life hell."
Video surveillance captured Barias-Florimon and 25-year-old Stuar Lopez-Reyes inside the residence during the June 3 attack. Both men, identified as Dominican nationals, face charges of murder, assault on an elderly person, and related offenses, while the Department of Homeland Security seeks to revoke their green cards. They remain in custody pending upcoming court dates.
