At a press conference on the sidelines of the ANTANTARA Business Forum 2026 in Jakarta, Minister Airlangga expressed appreciation for the event, noting its contribution to news reporting and policy dialogue. The forum, titled "The Synergy Horizon: Positioning Indonesia for the Next Decade," convened government ministers, business executives, scholars and economists to explore strategies for Indonesia's economic development through 2027.
Virgandhi Prayudantoro, director of ANTANTARA News, described the gathering as a means to create a solid communication bridge linking policymakers with the private sector and academia. Participants examined fiscal and macroeconomic policy directions, industrialization, digital sovereignty and support for MSMEs. The minister was accompanied by Finance Minister Suahasil Nazara, Industry Minister Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita and Deputy Head of BP BUMN Tedi Bharata. ANTANTARA reaffirmed its commitment to documenting the nation's economic transformation and enhancing public understanding.
