Minsu and Jastin Garcia Earn Full First-Team Spots for 2026-27
Young forwards Minsu and Jastin Garcia have been granted first-team registration for Girona's 2026-27 campaign.
Girona announced that Minsu, a 20-year-old South Korean who arrived from Gwangju and rose through Catalan youth clubs before debuting with Girona B, will be registered with the first team for the 2026-27 season. The other newcomer, 22-year-old Jastin Garcia, a native of Lleida who started at FIF Lleida and later joined Girona's cadet side, also secured a first-team spot. Both players spent the previous season on loan at FC Andorra in LaLiga Hypermotion, where they shared playing time.
Their development under manager Quique Álvarez has been highlighted as a key factor in the decision. The registrations make them eligible for all competitions, including La Liga and European tournaments.
