Modi urges top officials to consider a fourth-party audit for public works quality

He questioned whether a fourth-party audit is needed, noting that third-party checks are standard but may not be effective. The Prime Minister emphasized that rapid project delivery must not compromise standards and called for the use of modern technology and stronger supervision at every stage. Ministries, states and implementing agencies were urged to adopt these measures.
