Mormon YouTuber Chandler Hendry killed in Utah crash after afterlife video

Chandler David Hendry, a 27-year-old member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and creator of the Restored Truth podcast, was killed in a Lehi, Utah crash after running a red light and colliding with two cars. He was traveling westbound, struck a northbound and a southbound vehicle, and was not wearing a seat belt when emergency responders arrived. Pronounced dead at a nearby hospital, his death came hours after he posted an Instagram video commenting on an afterlife illustration presented at the FAIR conference.

Hendry, who amassed more than 70,000 followers, had organized a youth mission-preparation event that turned into a memorial service where family and friends shared memories. Tributes poured in from fellow creators and his sister, wife Analynn, and father Chad, highlighting his faith and influence. The incident resulted in no other serious injuries.
