Mosh Introduces Dessert-Flavored Protein Bars Fortified with Creatine
Mosh has launched new dessert-style protein bars that deliver 20 g of protein, fiber and added creatine for sustained muscle energy.
Mosh, the nutrition brand started by Maria Shriver and Patrick Schwarzenegger, announced a line of dessert-flavored protein bars aimed at people tracking calories while preserving muscle mass. Every bar supplies 20 grams of protein, six grams of fiber—covering 21 percent of daily fiber needs—only three grams of sugar and a total of 180 calories. In addition to standard macro nutrients, the bars are enriched with cognition-boosting compounds like Cognizin Citicoline, lion’s mane, ashwagandha and omega-3 fatty acids.
A distinctive feature is the inclusion of creatine, intended to provide a steady energy flow to muscles during activity. Consumers can choose from Peanut Butter Cup, Chocolate Sea Salt, or Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, and a mixed-flavor pack is suggested for those who want to try each variety.
Why it matters
The launch offers a convenient, nutritionally balanced snack for fitness-focused consumers seeking protein and creatine in one bar.
