Under X's revenue-sharing arrangement, premium contributors are compensated according to the reach of their posts, and Musk has repeatedly boosted Lowe's content, which often calls for mass deportations and bans on religious attire.

Researchers note that the platform's incentives appear to favour divisive political discourse, effectively financing a British politician whose views align with the billionaire owner.
