Ms. Rachel accuses celebrities of racial bias for staying silent on Gaza children

Rachel Griffin Accurso, known as Ms. Rachel, used her Instagram platform to claim that celebrities and leaders are silent on Gaza because they value Palestinian children less than white children, labeling the silence as racist. She referenced a United Nations commission report that recorded at least 20,179 Palestinian children killed and 44,143 injured, alongside 40 Israeli children killed in the Oct. 7 attacks. Avi Lichtschein, a podcaster, responded that her massive audience obliges her to consider the consequences of her rhetoric.

Accurso has previously faced scrutiny over past social-media activity and defended her stance as concern for all children, not anti-Israel sentiment. California Republican Party Jewish engagement chair Elizabeth Barcohana dismissed her outrage as fake and warned that her messaging manipulates young audiences.
