Mum-of-two Danielle O'Keane sustained the "catastrophic" injury at around 11pm on Saturday night in a horrific crash on North Wall Quay, in Dublin. The mum, from Newry, Co. Armagh, had been at the 3Arena in the Irish capital with friends for the Westlife reunion show. The mum then left the venue and took a rickshaw ride towards the city centre to meet her husband and some friends, but her family said the rickshaw hit a kerb and toppled over.
