Muse frontman Matt Bellamy files for divorce, seeks sole custody of children

Matt Bellamy, the lead vocalist of Muse, filed a divorce petition against his wife Elle Evans, describing the marriage as irreconcilable. The legal document seeks sole legal and physical custody of their children, Lovella, 6, and George, 2, and requests that any spousal support obligations be ended, noting a prenuptial agreement is in place. Evans told media she intends to fight for custody, calling the split a long-time coming.

The couple began dating in 2015 and married four years later. Bellamy also has a 15-year-old son, Bingham, from a previous relationship with Kate Hudson. Neither Bellamy’s nor Evans’s representatives have provided comment.
