Mynt Inc. prices GCash IPO at P6.60 per share
Mynt Inc., the operator of GCash, announced an IPO price of P6.60 per share.
The company will sell 8.03 billion common shares on the Philippine Stock Exchange, generating roughly P53 billion in proceeds. The offering follows strong growth in the mobile payments market. Investors can also purchase additional shares through an overallotment option.
