Naked man detained with unclothed 14-year-old at Long Island nature preserve

A man was arrested after a Southampton officer found him naked with an undressed 14-year-old girl in a car at the David Sarnoff nature preserve.

While patrolling the David Sarnoff nature preserve on Suffolk County’s East End, a Southampton police officer discovered a naked adult male with a partially clothed 14-year-old girl inside a vehicle. The man, identified as Victor Elizade, was taken into custody and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. The teenager was released with a desk-appearance ticket. Police said there was no evidence of sexual abuse and have closed the investigation. Elizade had previously been cited in June for an alleged aggravated unlicensed vehicle operation.
