NATO unveils strategy blending AI, low-cost drones with conventional forces

NATO is set to present a new response plan that integrates artificial intelligence and inexpensive drones with its traditional military capabilities.

NATO’s senior commander is finalising a response framework that merges cutting-edge technologies with established military assets to counter a possible Russian attack on allied soil. The draft, titled “Theory of Victory,” details how AI tools and affordable drones would be employed alongside traditional troops and equipment. According to high-level officials, the document clarifies the alliance’s reaction procedures amid reports that Moscow may contemplate such moves.

The plan is intended to maintain NATO’s strategic edge and ensure a swift, decisive defence. It will be unveiled in Poland by the American general leading NATO forces in Europe.
