Netflix greenlights fourth installment of Shane Gillis' auto shop sitcom "Tires"
Netflix has confirmed a fourth season of the comedy series "Tires," starring Shane Gillis and his co-creators.
Netflix announced that the sitcom "Tires," which follows the dysfunctional staff of the Valley Forge auto-repair chain, will receive a fourth season. The series originated as a YouTube pilot by Shane Gillis in 2019, after which Gillis, John McKeever and Steve Gerben independently produced a six-episode first season in Pennsylvania. Netflix acquired distribution rights in 2024 and subsequently funded additional seasons, now extending the run to a fourth installment.
The main ensemble features Gillis, Steve Gerben, Chris O’Connor, Kilah Fox, Stavros Halkias and Thomas Haden Church, complemented by numerous guest stars such as Andrew Schulz and Jamie Lynn Sigler. The show recently achieved its highest placement on Netflix’s Top 10 English TV list, reaching No. 5. Netflix’s U.S. comedy vice president Tracey Pakosta praised the series’ growing fan base and expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming season.
