Netflix pulls the plug on Night School Studio and Moonloot studios
Netflix announced it will close Night School Studio, the creator of the horror title “Unhinged,” along with the Helsinki-based studio Moonloot.
The streaming giant confirmed the shutdown of two of its game development units. Night School Studio, which launched the horror game “Unhinged” less than two months ago, was acquired by Netflix in 2021. The other unit, Moonloot, was founded in 2022 and operates out of Helsinki. A Netflix spokesperson expressed gratitude to the staff of both studios and wished them well in future endeavors.
