Set on a hilltop overlooking the canyons of Theodore Roosevelt National Park, the 93-acre site includes a loop trail, a grass-like roof, and a low-profile central building that integrates the surrounding landscape. Inside, visitors follow a chronological path through original letters, diaries, and artifacts, with dedicated sections on the Spanish-American War, his two presidential terms, and his later globe-trotting years.

High-tech features such as AI-generated holographic Q&A sessions, token-activated period-style photo booths, and virtual shooting galleries aim to engage younger audiences.
