New Swiss dossier suggests Nazi doctor Josef Mengele may have returned after WWII

Swiss intelligence has produced a 200‑page dossier that suggests Nazi physician Josef Mengele might have come back to Switzerland after the war, possibly using a forged identity. The documents were transferred to police. The Swiss government had originally planned to keep the files hidden until 2071 for security reasons and to protect people mentioned within them. Historians have long sought evidence of Mengele’s presence in Switzerland.
