New testimony links PiS lawmaker Kral to secret crypto meeting with Moskal on Ibiza

According to fresh statements, Kral met Moskal on Ibiza in August 2025, where Moskal allegedly conveyed directives from Kaczyński on cryptocurrency policy.

In August 2025, Kral traveled to the Spanish island of Ibiza for a gathering arranged by ex-CBA operative Artur Chodziński, who also covered the PiS deputy’s airfare. Kral alleges that Moskal informed him that Kaczyński wants him to engage in cryptocurrency matters and to draft program proposals for PiS, noting the topic’s electoral importance against the Confederation in 2027. The discussion reportedly included revisions to a government bill on crypto assets, which Kral says were to be passed to Moskal via Chodziński.

Moskal refutes any link to Kaczyński, stating he never received such tasks and only fielded a query about finding a sponsor for the Czech hockey club HC Litvinov. Kral is currently acting as a small-time crown witness, having faced earlier fraud charges, while prosecutors have not yet moved to lift Moskal’s parliamentary immunity.

Why it matters

The allegations suggest possible political meddling in Poland's emerging crypto regulations, raising concerns about transparency and influence.
