North Carolina man says dermal filler boost improved his micropenis
Michael Phillips, who claimed to have the world’s smallest penis, reported that a dermal-filler injection in North Carolina was successful.
Michael Phillips, a 38-year-old resident of North Carolina who previously described himself as having the world’s smallest penis, underwent a cosmetic enlargement on Monday. Physicians administered semi-permanent dermal filler in multiple injections around his 0.38-inch member, a size classified medically as a micropenis. The three-hour appointment included a detailed explanation of the procedure, after which Phillips reported that the swelling should recede within a week, allowing him to assess the result.
He claimed the treatment already lets him urinate without difficulty, a primary goal of the operation, and that his organ now remains external rather than tucked inward. Funding for the surgery came from a $4,000 GoFundMe campaign, and he intends to return in six months for additional “booster” injections to maintain or further enhance the size.
