North Carolina man schedules crowd-funded procedure to enlarge tiny penis

Michael Phillips, a resident of North Carolina who has labeled his 0.38-inch penis the "world's smallest," has set a date for a cosmetic enhancement on August 17 in Charlotte. The procedure, costing about $4,000, involves injecting a semi-permanent filler to add girth, and will be paid for largely through a GoFundMe campaign that has collected over $13,500. He turned down a complimentary $20,000 surgery offered by Beverly Hills doctor Robert Dorfman, preferring the less expensive option.

Phillips described his condition as a micropenis, a term defined by the Cleveland Clinic as an atypically small penis identified in early life. He has struggled with hygiene issues, diaper use, and sexual intimacy, and hopes the filler will improve daily comfort, though it will not fully resolve the medical condition. The surplus funds will cover the doctor's fees, medication, and any follow-up visits.
