NSE IPO launches Sep 17 as multiple big-ticket listings hit Indian markets

The National Stock Exchange of India will list its shares on Sep 17, joining a wave of other major IPOs that week and drawing strong market attention.

The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) is set to launch its initial public offering on Sep 17, a highly watched event given the exchange’s scale. Kheria Autocomp will also list on Sep 17, with its issue remaining open until Sep 21, while other companies—including SS Retail, Hero Motors, Jindal Supreme (India) and Sonaselection India—are scheduled to debut later in the week. The SME platform will see SpectraA Technology Solutions and Kheria Autocomp alongside smaller offerings from Vama Wovenfab, Shakti Polytarp and Quanto Agroworld beginning Sep 15.

NSE’s mutual-fund transaction business, NSE MF Invest, has tripled revenue from ₹11 crore in FY24 to ₹32 crore in FY26 and posted a near-doubling of Q1 FY27 revenue, with daily transaction volumes rising sharply since its revamp in Aug 2025. The NSE stock trades at an 11% premium in the grey market ahead of the offering. The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) also announced regulatory tweaks that relax requirements for fund managers operating in GIFT City, permitting broader follow-on investments and more flexible distribution structures.

Why it matters

The NSE listing could reshape India’s capital markets and attract significant investor interest.
