NYC Model Sues Luxury Landlord Over Eviction After Stalker Sent Explicit Mail to Neighbors
Fitness model Samantha Skolkin filed a $1 million lawsuit claiming her landlord tried to evict her after ex-photographer Steward Noack mailed explicit OnlyFans images to hundreds of building residents and her parents.
Former professional bodybuilder and Instagram influencer Samantha Skolkin says her ex-photographer Steward Noack became obsessed after she rejected him and, throughout 2024, mailed raunchy images from her OnlyFans to roughly 400 residents and her parents in the upscale Ritz Plaza building. Surveillance footage showed Noack mailing the packages from a Manhattan post office while wearing disguises, and he later faced charges including unlawful publication of intimate images and was issued a protection order.
Despite the order identifying Skolkin as a victim, the building’s owners, CS Ritz Residences LLC, and manager Stonehenge NYC allegedly locked her out of the rent-payment portal, refused to renew her lease and served an eviction notice in July. Skolkin’s attorney, Fred Lichtmacher, filed a $1 million suit in Manhattan Supreme Court alleging the eviction breaches city and state statutes that safeguard victims of stalking and sex offenses.
The building’s spokesperson called the claim meritless. The dispute highlights potential retaliation against stalking victims in high-end New York rentals.
