NYC widow sues male escort, alleging $6 million fraud after husband's death

Marianne Flippo, widowed after the suicide of her husband Chad Flippo, has brought a civil suit in Manhattan Supreme Court accusing escort Gregg Starr of a multi-million-dollar fraud. According to the filing, Starr persuaded her to fund his release from a $10 million contract with an escort agency, resulting in transfers of about $5.95 million into a joint account he controlled. Flippo contends the scheme unfolded while she was on strong medication following surgery and after a trip to Italy arranged through Cowboys 4 Angels.

Her lawyer, Larry Hutcher, says Starr is now dissipating the funds and requests judicial relief. Starr denies wrongdoing, claiming the money covered shared expenses and charitable donations.
