One United Properties hits 1 million sqm of completed residential and office space

Romanian developer One United Properties announced that it has delivered over one million square metres of built-out space, combining new housing projects and the One Technology District office tower.

One United Properties reported that its portfolio now exceeds one million square metres of completed and delivered space, a figure that reflects its two-decade-long execution capacity. The achievement stems from three new residential projects - One High District, One Lake Club and the initial phase of One Lake District - which together comprise 2,238 apartments in the northern part of Bucharest, accounting for roughly 86 % of the 2,610 units delivered over the past five years.

The company also completed the One Technology District office building for Infineon Technologies, offering 21,514 sqm of gross leasable area, including laboratories for a major semiconductor R&D centre in Southeast Europe. Including the earlier-finished One Floreasca Towers, the developer handed over 2,453 homes in the first three quarters of 2026, with a cumulative gross development value near EUR 714 million. Additional contributions include 3.5 km of new roads and a €20 million investment in two schools for over 1,000 pupils. One United Properties is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the ticker ONE and focuses on urban regeneration projects in the capital.
