Oura, a Finnish-born company now headquartered in the United States, announced details of its pending initial public offering on a U.S. exchange. The firm estimates the IPO will place its total market capitalization between €11.1 billion and €12.3 billion, lower than earlier market speculation of about $16 billion. The offering will include new shares priced at $40-$44 each, with the company seeking to raise roughly $540 million to $600 million in fresh capital.
