Oura files S-1, discloses $1.4 billion revenue ahead of Nasdaq debut

Wearable maker Oura submitted its S-1 registration, revealing $1.4 billion in revenue and $59 million net profit for the year ending June.

The smart-ring company filed the required S-1 paperwork as it prepares to list on Nasdaq under the ticker OURA. The filing shows the firm generated $1.4 billion in revenue and $59 million in net income for the twelve-month period through June, marking a 74% year-over-year increase. Oura now counts about 5 million paid subscribers. It noted a recent shift to profitability but warned that future earnings are not guaranteed.
