Pakistan conducts precision air strikes on Afghan terrorist camps, kills 22 militants

Pakistan's Information Ministry said its air force carried out targeted strikes in Afghanistan, killing about 22 terrorists linked to TTP and its affiliates.

Pakistan’s Information Ministry reported that its air force executed well-planned, calibrated strikes against two terrorist hideouts in Afghanistan, killing an estimated 22 fighters from the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan and related groups. The raids, described as part of Operation Ghazab lil Haq, targeted camps of Fitna al Khwarij and Fitna al Hindustan based on credible intelligence. The ministry said the attacks destroyed the sites with precision, also wiping out large stores of weapons and ammunition.

Authorities emphasized that maximum precaution was taken to prevent collateral damage, noting Afghanistan remains a hub for groups that threaten Pakistani security. The statement reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to continue the counter-terrorism campaign at full pace to eliminate foreign-sponsored terrorism.
