Peter Navarro erupts on Steve Bannon's show, demanding Jeanine Pirro drop John Crabb

Peter Navarro shouted at Steve Bannon's program, telling the host to avoid mentioning prosecutor Jeanine Pirro because she has not fired John Crabb.

In a heated segment on Steve Bannon's broadcast, longtime Trump aide Peter Navarro launched an angry tirade against U.S. District Court Judge Jeanine Pirro, insisting the host never mention her name. Navarro claimed Pirro continues to retain John Crabb, a former top D.C. prosecutor involved in the contempt of Congress cases that sent both Navarro and Bannon to prison for four months each. He urged Bannon to drop the subject and warned that Pirro's refusal to fire Crabb keeps them "behind bars."

Bannon repeatedly tried to steer the interview toward the administration's economic achievements, but Navarro persisted, referencing his own imprisonment and the perceived injustice. Pirro, who previously served as one outlet host, has not dismissed Crabb, despite his demotion after Trump’s return to the White House. The White House and the U.S. Attorney's Office for D.C. have not responded to comment requests.

Why it matters

The outburst reveals deep rifts within Trump's circle and raises questions about Justice Department staffing.
