Customers have reported on Reddit that feeders, water fountains and automatic litter boxes have stopped operating, leading to missed meals and cleaning cycles for cats and dogs. Although Petlibro maintains that devices should continue to follow locally stored schedules, many owners say the RFID and Granary dispensers are failing to dispense food on time.

The company issued a statement saying it is actively working to restore the app and device connectivity, with most services reportedly back by Wednesday at 2:30 PM ET. Some users have seen their devices resume normal operation, while others still struggle to reconnect them to the app. The Verge has reached out for further details but has not yet received a response.
