Philippine police find child porn cache at Thomas Markle Sr.'s Cebu home

Authorities in the Philippines say they discovered a large collection of child sexual abuse images at Thomas Markle Sr.'s former residence in Cebu.

Philippine law enforcement officials are conducting a forensic review of child pornography discovered at the Cebu residence of Thomas Markle Sr., the father of Meghan Markle. Interior Minister Jonvic Remulla indicated that a detailed data analysis will be completed in about a week and that preliminary signs suggest the retired Hollywood lighting director may be a severe offender. The case began when Thomas Markle Jr. uncovered the material and alerted police.

National police have also recovered a laptop along with the images. Markle Sr. has publicly rejected the allegations, describing them as fabricated lies. Officials plan to issue a full statement once the forensic results are finalized.
