Pixar unveils first look at Incredibles 3 ahead of 2028 debut

Pixar has released concept art for the upcoming Incredibles 3, confirming a 2028 theatrical release and a continuation of the Parr family saga.

Pixar has published the first concept artwork for Incredibles 3, setting the stage for a June 16, 2028 theatrical release. Brad Bird, the series writer, indicated the story will retain the Parr children’s ages, avoiding a generational leap. The narrative is expected to follow the consequences of superheroes being legally recognized again, a development concluded in Incredibles 2.

Core cast members such as Craig T. Nelson (Mr. Incredible), Holly Hunter (Elastigirl), Sarah Vowell (Violet), Samuel L. Jackson (Frozone), and Huck Milner (Dash) will reprise their roles. Peter Sohn, known for directing The Good Dinosaur and Elemental, steps in as director, while Bird shifts his focus to the upcoming Ray Gunn slated for December 18, 2026.
