Poland declares full deployment of Recovery Plan funds after final request

In a social-media post, Minister Pełczyńska-Nałęcz declared that the final and largest KPO request has been signed, completing the full deployment of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. She noted that the money will be transferred to Poland before the Christmas season. According to the minister, the majority of the investments are directed to regions with the highest population density and greatest development needs, crossing political lines and involving local officials from all parties.

She highlighted a range of completed projects such as emergency shelters, road bypasses, insulated schools, nurseries, transport upgrades, social-housing construction, fast internet rollout and the decade's biggest energy investments. The announcement underscores the government's effort to channel European recovery funds into tangible infrastructure and social improvements across the country.
