Police say he was seen moving in the direction of Catford, describing his appearance and clothing in detail. Officers believe he could be anywhere in London and have noted possible links to several counties, including Surrey, Sussex, Thames Valley, Hampshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Merseyside. The force has issued a public warning and provided a reference code CAD4739/23Oct for tip-offs. Lloyd is serving a 12-month custodial sentence at the time of his disappearance.
