The investigation, which has involved reviewing a fraction of 600,000 images and tens of thousands of videos, also uncovered chemicals, weapons, and counterfeit IDs. Horsch, described by neighbors as a “psycho,” is being held on charges related to firearms possession and forged DEA and FBI badges, with no new charges announced as of Wednesday. The families, including Maribel’s brother Dawson Fresses, have been informed of the findings, marking an unprecedented situation for the city’s homicide unit.
