Police seal off Liveprool city centre after early-morning disturbance

Merseyside Police responded by cordoning off Tithebarn Street and Tempest Hey, positioning several patrol cars nearby. Blake Chen, a 30-year-old resident of the Silkhouse Court tower block on Tithebarn Street, said she was awakened by the noise before the police barrier was set up.
