Police search for two missing children in Kirkkonummi after morning sighting
A 12-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl vanished near the Masala train station in Kirkkonummi, prompting a police appeal for information.
West Uusimaa police reported that a 12-year-old boy, about 160 cm tall with light-brown curly hair, and a 9-year-old girl, roughly 135 cm tall with long blond hair, were last seen near the Masala train station on Thursday morning. The boy may have been wearing a dark Helly Hansen jacket and black trousers, while the girl possibly had a black jacket, black pants, pink sneakers and a blue bike helmet. Authorities believe they traveled on foot but could have used public transport to other areas. Police ask anyone with clues to call emergency number 112.
