Polish President Nawrawski to Meet Erdogan on UN General Assembly Security Agenda

President Karol Nawrawski will hold a security-focused discussion with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during the 81st UN General Assembly session.

During the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, Polish President Karol Nawrawski is set to sit down with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to discuss security matters. The security theme will extend to Nawrawski's conversations with the heads of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. He also intends to meet UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, the President of the General Assembly Chalilur Rahman, and the chair of the African Union.

The presidential couple is currently in the United States, attending the UN debate and meeting with the New York Polish community and business leaders from both countries. Their itinerary includes additional diplomatic talks with various heads of state under the UN umbrella.

The talks could shape regional security cooperation among NATO and EU members and Turkey.
