PR1MA and ANSARA team up to give members RM5,000 home discount
PR1MA Malaysia and the alumni group ANSARA signed an agreement to extend homeownership programmes and a RM5,000 discount to the first 200 eligible members and their families.
Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia and the Association of Former Students of MARA Junior Science College (ANSARA) formalised a cooperation pact to broaden access to affordable housing for ANSARA members and their families. The collaboration will feature homeownership awareness programmes, briefing and engagement sessions, shared information on PR1MA promotions, referral schemes and joint communication efforts. As a key incentive, the first 200 qualifying ANSARA members or relatives will receive a RM5,000 discount on selected PR1MA homes, subject to eligibility and unit availability.
PR1MA Group chief executive officer Brian Iskandar Zulkarim and ANSARA president Taufiq Hussien signed the agreement at PR1MA’s headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. Both leaders said the deal aligns with PR1MA’s mission to expand homeownership among the M40 group and leverages ANSARA’s extensive network to reach more potential buyers. PR1MA also indicated it will continue seeking similar partnerships to increase affordable housing opportunities across Malaysia.
