Dan noted that he has presented these positive trends to investors, fund representatives, and banks with Romanian exposure.
While praising one outlet situation, he warned that further steps are required to ensure institutional functionality and market predictability, highlighting that some agencies lack operating funds. He urged authorities to finalize and pass the 2027 budget by the end of the year to reinforce confidence in financial markets.
