Presley Gerber, Cindy Crawford's son, dies at 27 after suspected overdose at Los Angeles rehab

Presley Gerber, 27, son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, was found dead at a Los Angeles rehabilitation facility on September 20 after a 911 call reported cardiac arrest and a suspected overdose. Police, ambulance and fire crews remained on scene for about three hours, and detectives are treating the death as a suspected overdose with no evidence of criminal activity. Gerber had previously spoken publicly about his struggles with addiction, depression and a recent ibogaine treatment in Mexico.

Family members, including his sister Kaia and his mother, were described as taking the loss very hard and inconsolable, and the family has asked for privacy. No official cause of death has been released by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office.
