Pro-life groups launch "Feminists Lied" campus tour to contest abortion and feminism narratives

Turning Point USA and Students for Life of America are beginning a joint college tour called "Feminists Lied: Prove Me Wrong" to question the impact of feminism and abortion rights on women.

Turning Point USA has teamed up with Students for Life of America to roll out a nationwide campus circuit titled "Feminists Lied: Prove Me Wrong," targeting college students with a critique of feminism and abortion policy. The inaugural leg features eight stops at institutions such as the University of North Texas, Grand Valley State University, University of Cincinnati, Boise State University, University of New Mexico, University of Arizona, Southern Oregon University and the University of Washington.

Kristan Hawkins, president of SFLA, will headline the events, urging students to reconsider whether feminism has truly advanced women’s lives and to examine the moral dimensions of abortion. The tour adopts the debate style pioneered by the late Turning Point founder Charlie Kirk, whose "Prove Me Wrong" sessions ended when he was killed in September 2025. Since then, Turning Point has continued his legacy through the Pick Up the Mic initiative, bringing in speakers like Hawkins to sustain the free-speech agenda.

Hawkins argues that these conversations not only affect the live audience but also reach tens of thousands online, shaping opinions and potentially deterring abortions. The campaign reflects a broader strategy to sway Generation Z, especially women, who Hawkins says are increasingly dissatisfied with current feminist narratives.

Why it matters

The tour seeks to reshape campus discourse on feminism and abortion, influencing young voters and public opinion on reproductive rights.
