PSOE-A chief praises Sánchez’s leadership ahead of Andalusian pre-campaign rally
María Jesús Montero lauded Pedro Sánchez’s courage and said the socialist majority will win the upcoming general election during a rally in Dos Hermanas.
During the first pre-campaign gathering for the 29 November election in Dos Hermanas, María Jesús Montero, secretary-general of the PSOE-A, commended Pedro Sánchez’s courage and expressed gratitude for his launch of the campaign in Andalusia. She asserted that the socialist majority is poised to win the forthcoming general election. The rally, attended by local mayor and PSOE-A organization secretary Francisco Rodríguez, featured Sánchez accusing the right-wing of dividing small property owners and tenants, and defending recent housing decrees that safeguard both groups from speculation.
He also indicated that, should he be re-elected, his housing agenda would persist without a set expiry. Montero warned of a global reactionary wave and called for solid leadership, values, commitment and bravery, emphasizing the remaining weeks of intense campaigning.
