PTI alleges police seized secretary-general and leaders en route to funeral
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf says its secretary-general Salman Akram Raja and other officials were taken by police while traveling to a funeral in Kotli Sattian.
PTI posted on X that Salman Akram Raja, along with Latasub Satti and additional party members, were "illegally abducted" as they headed to Kotli Sattian for a PTI worker's funeral. The party claims the police moved them to Nilore police station in Islamabad. PTI alleges the arrests aim to stop attendees from reaching the ceremony and promises further details.
