PureTalk slashes all plans to $15 a month for three months

PureTalk is offering every one of its five wireless plans for $15 per month during the first three months, with the promotion ending on September 8.

PureTalk has launched a promotion that makes each of its five wireless plans cost $15 per month for the first three billing cycles, with the offer running through September 8. Regular pricing for these plans ranges between $24.99 and $64.99, so the discount can amount to as much as $50 a month. Every tier continues to provide unlimited voice and text, and four of the five include unlimited data; the basic plan supplies 7 GB of data.

Hotspot allowances vary from 2 GB to 30 GB, and all plans feature spam-call protection, while the three most expensive options also support international roaming. Customers may retain their current device and phone number, and the deal does not require a multi-year contract. PureTalk highlights its U.S.-based customer service and its history of supporting veterans as additional selling points.

Why it matters

The discount could lower monthly phone expenses for budget-conscious consumers.
