Entrepreneur Todd Graves is commemorating the 30th anniversary of Raising Cane’s by launching a month-long pop-up museum next to the chain’s first location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The free attraction showcases personal memorabilia, including the 1979 vessel he once worked on in Alaska and a meticulously recreated version of his modest 1990s apartment, complete with period décor and a view of the original drive-through.
Visitors can take guided tours of the space, which opened today. To mark the milestone, Graves unveiled a $20 million pledge to Leonardo DiCaprio’s environmental group Re:wild, alongside a $30 million, ten-year pledge to various pet-welfare organizations. The billionaire, who lives near DiCaprio in Los Angeles and attended the Oscars with the actor, also plans to sell special merchandise tied to the celebration.
