Hallie Aiono, his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child, posted a TikTok video—later deleted—accusing Nacua of abuse and neglect during their four-year relationship. These accusations join a March civil lawsuit filed by Madison Atiabi, which alleged biting incidents and an anti-Semitic slur; Nacua's attorney dismissed the suit as a blackmail attempt and called the alleged biting "horseplay."
Nacua voluntarily entered a Los Angeles rehabilitation facility in early March, citing personal growth, and has retained WIN Sports Group to handle contract talks. The Rams reportedly do not expect to extend him before the season, preferring to wait for clarity on his legal situation and any NFL disciplinary action under the Personal Conduct Policy. The league's review and the unresolved claims make a top-of-market deal a difficult proposition for the team.
