Rams to Convert Former Warner Center Mall into $10 B Mixed-Use Village

The Los Angeles Rams are set to redevelop the 52-acre Warner Center site in Woodland Hills, turning the former Promenade mall into a $10 billion, mixed-use community called Rams Village. Owner Stan Kroenke said the plan includes more than 5.2 million square feet of space, encompassing over 3,100 homes, two indoor entertainment venues, nearly 2 million square feet of office, retail and hotel space, and a 182-room hotel, plus nine acres of public open space.

The mall’s demolition, which began in January, was finished by August, clearing the way for construction that will start in 2027 and continue in phases for roughly ten years. The development will serve as the Rams’ permanent headquarters, retaining the existing outdoor practice fields and adding a 150,000-square-foot indoor practice facility with seating for 2,500. Kroenke highlighted the project’s potential to create a vibrant gathering place for the community and to solidify the team’s long-term presence in Los Angeles.
