Reliance Industries announced a ₹1 trillion investment in Andhra Pradesh to build compressed biogas plants, generate revenue and create jobs.

The venture is projected to generate close to ₹60,000 crore in revenue for the state and create over 3 lakh jobs, bolstering both energy and agricultural security. Alongside the biogas projects, Reliance will develop a ₹40,000 crore Rayalaseema Horticulture Hub and support the Indian School of Agriculture, which will integrate artificial intelligence with farmers’ knowledge for pest prediction, drone monitoring and precision irrigation.
