Rescue teams free 23 carnival riders stranded on Hamburg swing carousel

The ride, which rises to about 70 meters, remained idle for around 90 minutes before emergency crews intervened. Firefighters set up ladders and lowered each passenger one by one, completing the rescue without any medical incidents.
